Organic pomegranate juice NFC

100% pure and natural pomegranate juice squeezed, obtained exclusively from ripe and healthy pomegranate  fruit, selected and harvested at appropriate time in season, by physical process without addition of any additive.

We produce pomegranate  juice NFC premium quality that comes from the squeezing of pomegranates grown in Spain. Pomegranate juice has a fresh, aromatic and fruity aroma and flavor, with a pale red color.

Organic pomegranate juice concentrate:

This product is made from juice of squeezed pomegranate.  The pomegranate juice is obtained from mature and sound fruit by mechanical processes and is treated by evaporation to get a concentrate 65 brix. Color is red dark. Product is usually clear, with 150 NTU max.

Organic apples are prepared from washed and selected fresh, clean ripen and sound  apples, sifted through a steel sieve. The product is preserves by  a high temperature-short time process, quick cooling and aseptic packaging. This process guarantees the conservation plenty of organoleptic characteristics of vegetable and aseptic conditions.

Organic apple pure is very useful to produce vegetable juices and compote or pastry, only with our puree you can get a soft and fresh vegetable puree.

Packing in metal drum with aseptic bag of 210 KG approximately. Product made in Spain with the best quality process.

Organic strawberry puree:

Organic strawberry puree, prepared from washed and selected fresh, clean ripen and sound strawberries , sifted through a steel sieve of 0,5 m mainly.  Cross an special process leaves are eliminated before of mako our puree.

The product is preserves by  a high temperature-short time process, quick cooling and aseptic packaging in drums. This process guarantees the conservation plenty of organoleptic characteristics of vegetable and aseptic conditions.

Pumpkin pure is very useful to produce vegetable creams, only with our puree you can get a soft and fresh vegetable puree.

Organic strawberry concentrate:

Organic Strawberry fruit concentrate  is produced in Spain under the highest quality standard. Our fruit concentrate is made of raw materials made in Spain and is 100% fruit. Product is fresh,  fruitful and tasty. It gives the right taste and color to productions..

Organic Strawberry  fruit concentrate is ideal for the production of soft drinks and can be reconstituted by dilution with water in order to reach 7.0° Brix of ready to drink beverages. Also is useful in bakery, ice cream industry or jelly.This product is also 100 Fruit and natural, and have an intense strawberry aroma.

We pack our organic strawberry fruit concentrate in aseptic bag in box 20 kg and drums of 250 kg.

Organic Apricot Pulp:

Organic Apricot pulp is made from washed and boned apricots. fruit bone is eliminated with a mechanical process, and all fruit has a little pasteurization and is filled in aseptic drums.

This product has fruit pieces, and is specially designed to produce jams or pastry.

Organic nectarine puree:

Organic Nectarine puree is produced from washed and selected nectarines, sifted through a steel sieve. The product is preserves by means of a high temperature-short time process, quick cooling and aseptic packaging. This process guarantees the conservation plenty of organoleptic characteristics of fruit and aseptic conditions.

Nectarines are collected from may to june mainly in all meditarranean area of Spain. this fruit is each day more acepted for markets and our organic nectarine puree is presented in many markets

Organic grape juice concentrate:

This juice concentrate is produced from the dehydration of grape must with SO2. There are mainly 2 quaities, organic white grape juice concentrate and organic red grape juice concentrate

Grape Must add SO2 to avoid fermentation in storage, in the concentration percentage of SO2 go under level of 10 ppm in final juice rehydrated. Color is yellow clear and brightened

Organic orange juice NFC:

Organic Orange juice nfc not from concentrate  is a juice squeezed directly from oranges by mechanical means, after that, eliminating seeds and pulp to get a fresh juice. The term nfc refers to the words “not from concentrate” which means that it is made from fruit, “not from concentrate”.

Our organic orange juice comes from squeezing oranges, in other words, under the characteristics dictated by AIJN.

The main varieties used are the navel, which are mainly collected in the Valencia and Seville area. The Valencia variety orange is highly appreciated for its aroma and flavor, In addition,  it is increasingly difficult to find large quantities for the production of Valencia orange juice.

Characteristics:

The NFC organic orange juice must have a bright color, being able to go to pale tones, if we find a juice that is too pale, with brownish touches this would denote very ripe oranges. Regarding the pulp, the centrifugable pulp is usually 6-9% as in all citrus fruits. It is possible to make a selection of lots with low pulp being close to 2% but this juice is less organoleptically natural. We are distributors  and exporters of a fresh, aromatic, and fruity orange juice, above all, with an intense orange color.
