Juice Concentrate

It is the result of eliminating the water of the juice through evaporation. The objetive of this process is to reduce the transport cost, storage and the elimination of the major part of product pulp.

To reconstitute, it is only necessary to add the same quantity of evaporated water again during the concentration process.

Cloudy Juice It has suspended particles that doesn´t precipitate. This image is associate with a natural and healthy product.

Clear Juice It is obtained through a clear and filtration process. It is clear, early transparent.

Juice concentrate

  • Lemon

    Lemon juice concentrate:

    This product is made from juice of squeezed lemon.  The lemon juice is obtained from mature and sound fruit by mechanical processes and is treated by evaporation to get a lemon concentrate. Color is yellow  of dark.

    We are producers and supplier of many qualities of lemon concentrate. The most important quality parameter is GPL, we mainly produce 400 and 500 gpl qualities, both in clear and cloudy quality.

    The lemon juice concentrate cloudy is threatened by enzymatic or ultrafiltration treatment to produce clear quality. Lemon juice concentrate clear is produced in some factories in Spain.

    In cloudy quality, we can also produce 2% pulp or regular pulp quality

    lemon juice concentrate can be fill in drums 250 kg, aseptic bib or frozen container 20kg

  • Orange

    Orange juice concentrate:

    This product is made from juice of squeezed orange.  The orange juice is obtained from mature and sound fruit by mechanical processes and is treated by evaporation to get a concentrate 60 or 65 brix. Color is orange typical of a fresh fruit.

    We are supplier of orange juice concentrate cloudy and orange juice concentrate clear. The orange juice concentrate cloudy is threatened by enzymatic or ultrafiltration treatment to produce clear quality. Orange juice concentrate clear is produced in some factories in Spain.

    We can produce cloudy qualities low pulp ( less than 2% pulp), regular pulp or high pulp, as demand of our customers.

    Filling of those juice concentrates is in aseptic or non aseptic dums 250 net/w. we also can produce in aseptic bib 20 kg.

  • Mandarin

    Mandarin juice concentrate:

    This product is made from juice of squeezed mandarin.  The mandarin juice is obtained from mature and sound fruit by mechanical processes and is treated by evaporation to get a concentrate 60 or 65 brix. Color is orange typical of a fresh fruit.

    We are supplier of mandarin juice concentrate 65 brix

    Filling of mandarin  juice concentrates is in aseptic or non aseptic dums 250 net/w.

    Brix 64º-66º

    Acidity 3,0- 7,0

    PH 3,8 max

  • White grape

    White grape juice concentrate:

    This juice concentrate is produced from the dehydration of grape must with SO2.

    Grape Must add SO2 to avoid fermentation in storage, in the concentration percentage of SO2 go under level of 10 ppm in final juice rehydrated. Color is yellow clear and brightened

    BRIX: 60º, 65º, 68º

    ph 3,2 – 4,1

    COLOR 0,12- 0,40

  • Red grape

    Red grape juice concentrate:

    This juice concentrate is made from the evaporation of  red grape must with SO2.

    Grape Must add SO2 to avoid fermentations in storage, in the concentration percentage of SO2 go under level of 10 ppm in final juice rehydrated. Color is red clear and brilliant

    BRIX: 65º, 68

    PH 2,8-3,8

  • Pomegranate

    Pomegranate juice concentrate:

    This product is made from juice of squeezed pomegranate.  The pomegranate juice is obtained from mature and sound fruit by mechanical processes and is treated by evaporation to get a concentrate 65 brix. Color is red dark. Product is usually clear, with 150 NTU max.

    Pomegranate juice concentrate has a lot of applications like juice, nectars, beverages, bakery, ice cream, syrups…

    Brix 64-66

    Acidity 3,5-5,5

    Ph 4,0 max

  • Apple

    Apple juice Concentrate:

    This juice concentrate is very used some productions as s an ingredient in various productions as juices, snacks, sauces or beverage.

    The standard Brix  of apple juice concentrate is 70-72 degrees. Apple juice concentrate appears as a neutral-coloured viscous liquid that attains a taste like ripe apple when reconstituted.

    We supply apple juice concentrate in drums 250 kg prox

  • Pear

    Pear juice Concentrate:

    This juice concentrate is very used some productions as s an ingredient in various productions as juices, snacks, sauces or beverage. As apple it is also useful to produce mandarins tins with fruit syrup.

    The standard Brix  of apple juice concentrate is 70-72 degrees. Pear juice concentrate appears as a neutral-coloured viscous liquid that attains a taste like ripe apple when reconstituted.

  • Peach juice concentrate

    Peach juice Concentrate:

    This juice concentrate is very used some productions as s an ingredient in various productions as juices, snacks, sauces or beverage.

    The standard Brix  of apple juice concentrate is 65 degrees. Peach juice concentrate appears as a neutral-coloured viscous liquid that attains a taste like ripe apple when reconstituted.

  • Carob

    Carob syrup:

    This product is made from juice of carob.  Carob syrup is obtained from carobs made in Spain and have a high contains of natural polyphenols.

    It is  ideal to produce drinks and beverages, food supplements, dairy products and can be used directly as a natural sweetener by the consumer.

    Ingredients: Carob pods and water.

    Taste is typical of carob, and can be a substitute of chocolate.

    The main important quality of this syrup is the low glycemic index. Color is brawn dark and can fill in drums 200 kg  aproximately

    This product is made from juice Raspberries.  The Raspberry juice is obtained from mature and sound fruit by mechanical processes and is treated by evaporation to get a concentrate.

    This product is used mainly in production of juices and is packed in 250 kg drums or in bib 20 kg

  • Blueberry

    Blueberry juice concentrate 65º brix

    This product is made from juice Blueberry. The Blueberry juice is obtained from mature and sound fruit by mechanical processes and is treated by evaporation to get a concentrate.

    This product is used mainly in production of juices and is packed in 250 kg drums or in bib 20 kg

    Apricot puree concentrate

    This apricot puree concentrate developed to production of jams, fruit beverages, bakery, dairy, ice cream, drinks, , syrups… it is a very fruity product with a yellow pale colour. Packed in 250 kg aseptic drums or bib 20 kg

  • Strawberry puree concentrate 30/32

    Strawberry puree concentrate

    This is a puree concentrate developed to production of smoothies, fruit beverages, bakery, dairy, ice cream, drinks, jams, syrups…

    it is a very fruity product with a red intense color and packed in 250 kg aprox aseptic drums or aseptic bib 20 kg

  • Tomato puree concentrate

    Tomato paste

    Tomato paste is very useful to productions of sauces and juices. This puree concentrate is produced in some qualities, the most important is 28/30 brix.

    Depending of crash of tomato in production we have two qualities, hot break and cold break.

    The main diferece beween both qualities is bostwich parameter

  • Raspberry puree concentrate

    Raspberry puree concentrate

    This is a raspberry puree concentrate developed to production of smoothies, fruit beverages, bakery, dairy, ice cream, drinks, jams, syrups… it is a very fruity product with a red  dark color. Packed in 250 kg aseptic drums or bib 20 kg.

    Brixº: 31,0-32,0

    Acidity (%w/w) ACA: 5,5

  • Cherimoya puree concentrate

    Cherimoya puree concentrate

    This product is made with cherimoya concentrate from Spain origin. This product is ideal for the production of soft drinks and beverages and can be reconstituted by dilution with water in order to reach the Brix of ready to drink product.

    It is available to production of jams, fruit beverages, bakery, dairy, ice cream, drinks, , syrups… it is a very fruity product with a green color. Packed in 250 kg aseptic drums.
