Fruit Concentrate

The fruit concentrate includes the juice concentrate, fruit concentrate and other ingredients that improve the stability and organoleptic characteristics of the product.

It is used to produce drinks, desserts and ice-creams, among others.

We can offer tailor-made products according the clients recipe and needs.

  • Orange concentrate

    Orange concentrate 65º

    Our orange concentrate is produced with natural ingredients, we use all fruit to manufacture a very fruity  concentrate and with a fresh orange color.

    It is suitable for many productions, mainly soft drinks, ice creams and bakery.

    We produce in some facilities using a made in spain oranges, mainly Valencia and Sevilla origin varieties.

    Mainly produce 6-9 % pulp although is possible to produce orange concentrate 2% pulp or orange clear concentrate 65º brix, always in drums or aseptic bib 20 kg

    Brix 64-66,0

    Acidity 3,2 – 4,0

    Ph 2,0-4,0

  • Apple concentrate

    Apple concentrate

    Apple concentrate is manufactured with ingredients to improve apple taste and flavor. Apple concentrate is perfect to produce drinks, soft drinks, syrups, sauces, cider or vinegars. Color of apple concentrate is yellow clear intenese.

    We usually fill in 250 kg drums althoug we can fill in 20 kg bag in box. Brix of apple concentrate are 70º

  • Pineapple concentrate

    Pineapple concentrate 60º – 65º brix

    Pineapple concentrate is one of the most useful concentrates, we can find this concentrate in a huge variety of productions

    We can produce aseptic frozen and aseptic refrigerated qualities in drums of 250 kg or aseptic bag in box 20 or 25 kg

    Acidity 1,8 – 2,8

  • Strawberry concentrate

    STRAWBERRY CONCENTRATE 65º

    Is  a perfect product for  production of candies, fruit snacks, jams, jellies, sauces and beverages. 

    it has a red intense color an a fresh aroma of strawberry.

    We produce this concentrate in drums of 250 kg and bib 20 kg.

  • raspberry concentrate

    Raspberry concentrate 65º

    We are leaders in production of raspberry concentrates. We have two qualities available, one 32 brix; mainly to the productions of jams and ice creams, and other raspberry concentrate 65 brix, for jelly, drinks or syrups. We can produce in drums 250 kg or in aseptic bib 20 kg.

    Brix: 64,0 – 66,0

    Acidity 12,0-17,0

    Ph 3,5 max

  • Pomegranate concentrate

    Pomegranate concentrate 65º clear and cloudy

    Pomegranate is one of the best superfruits and it is full or properties.  There are a lots of scientific studies that demonstrated that is good for cardiovascular health, reduce collesterol is good for blood circulation and is a potent antioxidant ( rich in polifenols and flavonoids)

    We use all pomegranate fruit, mixing each part and getting many qualities, right to the customer demand.

    We can produce clear and cloudy concentrate, in 65ºbrix, and also low pesticide qualities Those concentrates are in 250 kg aprox dums and are exported worldwide.

  • Multi fruit concentrate

    Multifruit, in many types

    We mix concentrates of may fruit to develop a multifruit with some flavors and colors.

    Can provide  Mediterranean multifruit, red fruit multifruit or tropical multifruit.

  • Aloe vera concentrate

    Aloe vera concentrate:

    Aloe vera concentrate is developed for the production of soft drinks and beverages . it has many other applications as , bakery, dairy, ice cream, soft drinks / drinks, fruit prep, ready meals, jams, syrups..

    Brix: 39,0-41,0

  • White grape concentrate 65 brix

    White grape concentrate

    This product is ideal the the production of soft drinks, jellies, snacks.. and can be reconstituted by dilution with water.  White grape concentrate concentrate can be produced in 65 or in 68 brix quality.

    Acidity 0,5 – 1,5

  • Red grape concentrate 65 brix

    Red grape concentrate

    This product is ideal the the production of soft drinks, fruit snack or jelly and can be reconstituted by dilution with water.  Red grape concentrate can be produced in 65 or in 68 brix quality. We can manufacture from 200 to 600 color qualities

  • Lemon concentrate clear

    Lemon concentrate clear

    This product is ideal for the production of soft drinks and beverages. Also is available for bakery, ice creams, jams , syrups or ph regulator.

    With this concentrate can get a fruity fresh lemon taste and flavor.

    The most important quality parameter of lemon concentrate is GPL. We produce  two varieties, lemon concentrate 400 gpl clear and lemon concentrate 500 gpl clear. Both in clear and cloudy quality.

    We are produce in drums 250 kg and in aseptic bibs of 20/ 25 kg.

    400 gpl:

    Brix 45,50

    Acidity 31 – 33

    Ph  3,5 max

    500 gpl:

    Brix: 50-52

    Acidity 40,0 – 43,0

    Ph: 3,0 max

    Lemon concentrate cloudy

    This product is ideal for the production of soft drinks and beverages. Also is available for bakery, ice creams, jams , syrups or ph regulator.

    With this concentrate can get a fruity fresh lemon taste and flavor.

  • Sour Cherry - Tar cherry

    Sour cherry concentrate or Tar cherry is very usefull for many productions like syrups, jelly or drinks.

    It is also used for jams, ice creams or bakery

    Tar cherry has a lot of properties, it is an antioxidant and purify product. The presence of salicylic acid makes it anti-inflammatory. It also contains phenolic components that protect the cardiovascular system.

    The sour cherry is rich in Vitamins A and C, and is one of the products used in the antiaging range.
