Cells

Cells are vesicles of citric fruits with low contain in juice for the production of natural juices, marmalades and dairies too.

Citrus cells is 100% pure and natural, obtained exclusively from material of vegetable origin (oranges, lemon, mandarin, grapefruit..) of the species Citrus sinensis ripe and healthy fruit, selected and harvested at appropriate time in season, by physical process without addition of any additive.

Citrus cells contains a percentage of juice into the product that usually is about a 20%

Orange cells
Orange cells:

Orange cells made from the fruits of Citrus sinensis suited for preparation of orange juice. The product is made exclusively from the edible part of the named, sound, ripe and fresh fruit which is suitable for consumption and is suitable for production of fruit juices. The product is pasteurized, aseptically packed and stored under chilled condition. Typical flavor and color of fresh Spanish orange

Lemon cells
Lemon cells made from the fruits of Citrus limon ( L) for preparation of lemon juice and others. The product is made exclusively from the edible part of the named, sound, ripe and fresh fruit which is suitable for consumption and is suitable for production of fruit juices. The product is pasteurized, aseptically packed and stored under chilled condition. Typical flavor and color of fresh Spanish lemons.

Mandarine cells
Mandarin cells are made from the fruits of Citrus reticulata suited for preparation of mandarin juice. The product is made exclusively from the edible part of the named, sound, ripe and fresh fruit which is suitable for consumption and is suitable for production of fruit juices. The product is pasteurized, aseptically packed and stored under freeze condition. Typical flavor and color of fresh Spanish clementine

Grapefruit cells
Grapefruit cells are made from grapefruit ( Citrus parodisi Macfod ) for preparation of grapefuit juice. The product is made exclusively from the edible part of the named, sound, ripe and fresh fruit which is suitable for consumption and is suitable for production of fruit juices. The product is pasteurized, aseptically packed and stored under freeze condition. Typical flavor and color of fresh Spanish grapefuit
Miled cells
For some production we can produce a puree 0,5 mm from citrus cells, getting a very sweet, tasty and aromatic product.

Those milled cells can be produced from orange cells, mandarin cells or lemon cells, and are suitable for many productions as juices, jams, smoothies, bakery, ice creams…..

We produce in drums of 200 kg approx., although we can also fill in aseptic bib 20 kg
